UW. fwiw, I always ran a recursive grep on the previous release ID and scanned the result manually for "surprises": This proved helpful to avoid omissions (like the one with SECURITY.md). Arguably not worth while documenting in the release wiki as the term "surprises" is not really hard-and-fast to grasp and lies in the eyes of the beholder :-/ But maybe helpful for someone who has done a release before. Anyway, these (hopefully) last 2 errors have now been explicitly documented and should not occur again by following the updated wiki. Thanks again for going through this and unearthing issues, @praveksharma !
